2nd Annual May Madness g2g
Here's the final agenda for the 2nd Annual May Madness - May 5th GTG for the Puget Sound area. The GTG will center around the Mopar Drags/swap meet at Bremerton Raceways. http://www.bremertonraceway.com/ We will have a BBQ/potluck tailgate party at the facility for lunch. Participation with bringing food is a must. The racing pretty much runs till it's over- ie no time limit like Pacific Raceways.
And..... we will have a SHOW / SHINE for our group of trucks- low key - Trophies will be presented - have to charge $ 5 to cover costs - any extra $$ will be raffled off during the tailgate party. Winners will be chosen by a private vote of our each of our group members- everybody gets to vote. I think everyone should enter for only $5- it's all about fun.
0800-- local Silverdale folks- meet at Safeway in Silverdale for the run to Purdy
0900-- Meet at Floatation Device, 14511 Sherman Dr NW, Purdy, WA http://www.google.com/maps?hl=en&lr=...l&ct=title
1015-- Depart for a 2 hour "Poker Run" drive- prizes awarded in afternoon
1200 arrive @ Bremerton raceway-http://www.bremertonraceway.com/
set up for watching racing and socializing
1200- draw prizes for Poker run
1230- tailgate potluck- BBQ burgers and hot dogs- put together sign up sheet for items to bring
1330- set up for the show and shine --- $5 fee for everyone.... it's all about fun.
1500- awards for the show and shine
wrap up racing at 5-6 oclock
If you want to race your truck let me know, I'll get all the details for you.
