Hey, I live around the are too, and I have been to Tahuya state park. I was there this weekend and it was just a awesome weekend. Although they have closed some of the trails for logging. There is still quite a few hills and holes to get into. I have a Durango and it does fairly well so i am sure your truck will do fine.

here are some pics of my durango in action.

Once your in belfair turn right at the safeway stop light and follow that road. Then your going to turn right up a hill (I don't know the name) look for a sign that says Tahuya.
Follow that road. Turn right at the four way intersection. Follow this road. Turn left at the dirt road and follow that until you see a opening that says 4x4 trail. And have fun but becareful. Hope that helps. If you need someone to go leave me a message

Ever gone up to play in Evans Creek? Not bad trails.

Theres nothing up this way at whidbey island. Skagit river boat launch and thats about it. A little bit in sequim/port angeles, but i don't know of any other somewhat in that direction. If your ever up this way, send me a pm and I can send you my number and we can roll out on the spot.

A question for anyone,

If I make the time and gas money to go down that way, is anyone willing enough to give me a tour of some trails down thattaway? I have been to Walker Valley off road park up here, and even the jeepers get all banged up from trees and what not.
