The windshield wipers suddenly quit working on my '04 Dakota. I have tested the fuses and they check good for continuity. Seem to be having other electrical issues as well ( intermittent loss of power windows, auto door lock @ 15mph stopped working) This vehicle has all the options.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction to finding the least expensive/ self fix for this.
