Default Painting Rims

Not sure if this is proper spot to post this, but I'll give it a try. Wondering what you guys do to re finish your old steel wheels? I just finished my set on my 91' Ram, I think they turned out well. I took them off and wire brushed the lose rust and paint on them, and sanded them to make the paint adhere better. Two rims had been painted with black house paint, to they were a bit of a pain to clean up.

I hit them with two coats of Tremclad rust inhibiting primer, and then three coats of Duplicolor High Performance wheel paint in the metallic silver colour, I think they turned out great. Now if only I could find a set of dog dish hubcaps...

looks pretty good to me.
I saw a set of dog dish caps on ebay a couple days ago. they were like 15 bucks if I remember right...
