Default stuck & rounded lug nut removal

I was replacing all my lug nuts with solid chrome ones, well most had the caps missing so they are a 18MM not a 3/4 ....... 2 nuts one on each side of the rear are froze on, My impact would not remove them and its a 800ft lb impact, broke 2 breaker bars, rounded the nut, rounded it more with a rounded lug nut remover tool and they are still there

Really come on it should not be this dang hard

So the rounded nut remover just ate more of the nut off, so what should I do now?

if you can get at it from behind, I'd say cut the back of the stud and pull it out. then just buy a new stud and replace.
That's about all I can think of.

Grind it to fit another boxwrench or cutting torch/plasma cutter/bolt splitter.
