Default Ram Wheels on Dakota?

I was thinking about putting the '05 style hemi package 20" wheels on my 2006 dakota. WIll these be too big? I have 17's on right now. The only problem is I'd have to put low-profile tires on, which would make it a bit less comfy...): Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Yeah, you can put the 20" Ram wheels on your Dakota. Several people in the 3rd Gen Dakota section have done this already....in fact, here's a previous post asking the same thing......

Good luck and enjoy! Welcome to DodgeForum!!!!!!

Try this thread.
I have 285/50/20's with 2" level kit and the ride is VERY nice, better than factory!
There is a link to more photo's as well.

However I am thinking of going with 265/50/20 tires (same diminsions as my old 265/70/16's) as the 285's are just a tad big 3/4" taller and 3/4" wider, not much, but I am picky.

Hope that helps,
LB
