Default BFG or Michelin

I just bought an '04 Ram 2500, diesel,4WD truck that has 305/70R17 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R tires on it. I want to go back tomore of an original equipment tire to reduce highway noise and improve handling on pavement. I will be using truck to haul an 8000 lb horse trailer on weekends and commuting back and forth to work on highways on weekdays. I will occasionally go offroad during hunting season. Ilive in the Midwest and we generally have several daysduring winter of snowy roads.
I am considering the BFG All-Terrain T/A KO 265/70R17 or the Michelin LTX A/T 265/70R17. Does anyone have an opinion onwhich tire I should choose? Thank you.

Either tire will reduce highway noise compared to the MT/R. The Michelin is better for highway and towing use, the BFG has the advantage off road and in snow. Both are good tires, so it's mostly a choice of which attributes are more important for you.
