I have done research and i couldnt find anything on here, so dont be mad if this has been covered already, but I am looking to remove my lift on my truck, and get rid of my 35's. I found a set of rims and tires i wanna put on mine, they are from an 2004 ram 1500. I know that the bolt pattern is the same 5 x 5.5 or something like that, but i heard that the lug size is different. Is the studs on my97 1500bigger or smaller? thanks

 

I believe they are the same.

 

I do not have the lug nut specs for the original wheels, but when I look up the same wheel on the two different models, it brings different lugs. That makes me suspect that you heard correctly,and they are different.
