I ran 285/75R16s for years on my 97 1500 4X4 and I am currently running 315/75R16s(close to 35") on it. They will rub a little when you turn real sharp, so I just do not turn sharp. I really should put a lift on it.

I have never done anything to the suspension other than replace the stock shocks with some Sears cheapo's in the 11 years that I owned the truck. I really do want to put a 5-6" lift and some bigger tires but that will run me about $2K, so I just run it like this for now. I have never put a leveling kit on, or even been around one. I am sure I will learn how to on this website, great info and help everywhere.

Here is a picture of the truck, do you think it needs a leveling kit?

Gary

Hey, anyone know how to post pics on this website? I can only load one small thumb nail then have to erase it. Thanks.

I load mine into Photobucket.com and then copy the image url (when you hove over the picture you loaded it will show up on very bottom) and thne paste here, that way I get the full image and not just a thumbnail.
