I have a 2006 Ram SLT, Regular cab short bed 4x4. It came with the 20" rims and 275/60r20. I found a set of tires/rims off of a 2009 jeep rubicon. The size is 305/65/r18. Will these fit with no lift and no level kit? I don't want them to rub. Here's the ad:
