Default Which Tires for 2500 Heavy Towing & Commuting

So I have wasted hours on here searching for a thread discussion that already surely has taken place about which few tires people have had good luck with on their trucks and am fed up not finding anything. So sorry if this is redundant.

I have an 07 2500 5.9L with Air bags and tow a 40' toy hauler 5th wheel around 18,000 lbs.

I also use the truck here to commute semi occasionally and on super cold or snowy days here in Colorado since the sports car doesn't fair too well.

What tire do people recommend?

I haven't been impressed with the Michelin on there, but maybe because it is old even with tread life left? Or maybe it just isn't one of the better Michelin.

I also want to increase the size as close to 34 inch limit I found on another post. Because I want to bring my HWY RPMs down, better mileage and in general a better look.

Currently I have the 265/70/17 and when I looked on Tire rack and several other sites the options for that odd size are pretty limited.
