Default Center Caps for 57 D100

Christmas time and I want to buy a set of center caps for my wife's 57 D100. RIGHT! GOOD LUCK! That having been said, "HELP" !
The new wheels are Chrysler OE 15X6 3.75 RS. They are outer 3 lug center rims that take a 8 23/32" or 8.75" covers.
I'm looking for either a dog dish or baby moon. Original stock is not necessary.
Any suggestions on where I should look? I have already spent hours on the internet.
Thanks.
Stephen

Wow! You're waiting a bit late aren't you? Even if you find a pair, you won't get them by Christmas. I'm assuming you're looking for the stock dog dish poverty caps, right? I don't remember if I have any of those, and they may be police caps with the holes. You can try Ebay. Look for Mopar police hubcaps up to, but not after, 1988. The Diplomat police cars had what you're looking for. Regular Diplomats had wheel covers most of the time.

There used to be a fellow by the name of Murray Park in Tiffin Ohio that had a Mopar only salvage operation. He advertised in Mopar Collectors Guide years ago. I don't know if he's still in business. There's a salvage yard just east of me that was heavy on Mopars, but he's been easing into other stuff. If I can find his number, I can give him a call, but don't hold your breath.

Thanks Ol Grouch,
I've been looking for a month or so without any luck. I'm not looking for originals but any dog dish or baby moon with an 8 3/4" ID. Not easy to find. I will look to see if I can hunt up Murray Park. Any thoughts on where to find generic moons of dog dishes in the correct size?
Thanks for the help.

You're talking to someone who either paints wheels black (to hide brake dust) or body color. Poverty caps are my preferred choice as they reduced unsprung weight and give a cleaner look. That said, try here;

or here;

plus a quickie search on Fleabay came up with this;

I prefer the center cap only, but she might like the whole wheel cover look. Here's a photo of the last truck I painted (with a roller) and I painted the wheels to match the truck. I used the factory caps, so just imagine her truck painted like this, alhtough with a sprayer and possibly a different color.

It was originally white but most of the paint fell off, and I don't like white or silver anyway as they get hit in the rain.

You might try looking in Hemmings motor news (paper copy) there are lots of listings in there for all kind of things.
