If i bought a 17x10 rim what is the biggest or widest tire i can put on it
also what rim do i need for a 33/12.5/16.5 tire

 

Just as far as fitting a tire on the wheel, a 345/60-17 is the biggest that will fit a 10" wheel. That's a rare size to find though. They're about 33.3" tall. For the 16.5 tire, you'd need a 16.5" diameter wheel between 8.25 and 10.5" wide.
