wheel adapter question

Does anyone know if there is an adapter that goes from 6 lug (dakota) to 5 lug (durango).
I just bought a set of 17" chrome durango/ram wheels to replace my 15" oem 5 spoke.

Adapters can be a hassle to deal with, I do not usually get into that. If you are going to go with and adapter, go with the best quality you can find.
