Default Wheel rub 97 Avenger ES

I have a 97 Avenger ES, with 215 50 17's on it, stock rims and tires I am assuming. The rear tires have been rubbing against the A-arms (I am guessing on that part name) whenever I load up the kids and groceries. Are the tires too big, or am I in need of some suspension work??

Where might I get the center caps for these rims as well, and of course I am in need of a new set of tires now too?

That's the right size, so maybe the suspension is sagging...

I had 2 new tires put on the rear, but did not have the time to check out the suspension. Both rear tires had the same tread wear off the inner lip. I am assuming this car is equipped with independent suspension, so am I right to guess that I may have a alignment issue and not so much of a shock/strut issue?

It might be an alignment problem. If it's on the inner side of the tire, that could point to excessive negative camber. Or it could just be old tired shocks/springs on both sides.
