Default 06 Ram ST 20" Wheels?

My new truck came with the stock 17's
I was going to upgrade to the clad wheels at purchase but decided to just go after market as long as I was doin it.

I ended up with 20x9 HPD Spinout rims and the local Best One Tire dealer told me that the biggest tire I could get under there was 275/60/R20
which is what comes on stock QC's, but some thing I didnt think about was that the 4 door trucks are higher in front ( level ) and theres more room in front wheel wells.

Will this set up work on my Reg Cab ST?
Any suggestions?

Nobody has any 20" tires in stock and because I have to order them I want them to be right the first time.

They guy selling the rims should know best what is going to work with them. I'd go with that to be on the safe side. 285/55-20 should work too, and I'd use that on any wheel that we sell that is 8-10" wide.

Thx!
I havent bought tires yet because of the weather for one and I dont think this local Best One Tire dealer knows anything.
his prices seem to be way outa line as well
quoted me $800+ for a set of Wrangler HP's

The nearest Tire Rack is 60 miles away
might have to make the trip.

If you decide to come down, call me (my number is in my sig) and I can get the tires reserved ahead of time so you know they're here when you show up. We can also ship to you or to an installer in your area if that's more convenient.
