Default What size tire?¿?¿

Well, it is time that I put some new tires on my Magnum RT AWD. I have been looking at going to a 20" rim but I am not too happy with what style wheels are avalable for the AWD yet. Havent seen much that I can aford or that I personaly like. So I am thinking I am going to stick with the stock 18" rims but want more tire under the car. Yes I drive it hard, and yes I wore these stock 225/60/18's out in afew months, Well since I have owned the car. I have read abought useing a 245/50/18... But I also believe I saw something said abought a 255/40/18? Is this true? Do they fit? Any one have any pics with either of these tires on their car?

Thanx in advance,
Victim

ok here is the deal.ive been doing research too.i am getting a 255/55/18 goodyear response edge tire .its is awsome.the stock tire was 9 inches wide.this tire is 10.4 inches wide.if you go with that 40 series tire it will be too wide for that car i think 11 inches wide, also you will **** the computer up too because of the tire height ratio,it will be alot lower than the stock one.go to tire rack.com and check that tire out that im getting this weekened
