Cut across rotor with a air cutoff grinder to split rotor to get it off the hub. Then split the rotor with a cold chisel and hammer. It fell off then.

Used arc welder to gouge out some material before grinding. The hub is done too, bearing is loose. I needed to get the ABS sensor out of the hub otherwise I would have removed the whole assembly.

Hub push out tool I got from the Snap On Guy. If he didn't live next door I would have made a tool to do the job. Yes, the rust is real! Salt on the roads sucks!

Rotor was toast, had rusted tight around the hub flange.
