Purchased Oct 2013. Paid $900 for the truck. newer tires and topper. 3rd owner. Engine head had major damage. Decided to replace engine. Driver Door was heavily rusted but rest of the truck in real reasonable shape considering year of truck and mileage.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
4.7 Engine replaced at 232000 miles with used 4.7 engine with 150000 mles. Paid 1300 for engine and $800 for installation.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Replaced Drivers door due to rust.
Future Modifications:
Waiting till summer to look into body work or panel replacement. Place where I got the door also has a box with only 1 small rust spot on it. They said truck would be there till spring so might go get it if they still have it when I get the $$$.
