Thanks for all the responses so far. Based on Kieth_Al’s comments, I pulled the bolt and inspected. No evidence of any thread lock compound. Threads showed no signs of galling or any other damage.
Looked up specs for the bolt - it’s supposed to be (according to a Mopar OEM parts site) .375-16, 4.25 inches long. Measuring and pitch check confirmed it’s the correct bolt.
