Default 2000 Durango Output Sensor location

Hey all...I've read through several threads and learned a lot about what I need to do with the p0720 code I'm getting. My 2000 Durango (4.7L, 4x4, auto) is hard-shifting from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to 3rd.

I'm wondering if anyone has a picture of the sensor location on the transmission...? I checked a Chilton guide and there's no info on this sensor's location nor on replacing it.

Also...I've checked several parts stores for a new sensor. Napa is the only one that's asking me if I have a 15-bolt tranny pan or a 14-bolt. I have the 15, and they're saying that for that one, I need this particular sensor. Every other parts catalog I've checked is telling me I need this one, and not even asking about the number of bolts in the pan. Anybody know what this is all about?
