They were turned after the lug studs were pressed in.
Why would you turn brand new rotors? I would put the front end on jack stands take the wheels of and look at the rotors while turning the axle. If it's moving out of round(side to side) you found your problem.

The rotors have to be turned because they will warp slightly after the lug studs are pressed in. The lug studs on these need a ten ton press. The rotors run as true as can be. Everything on the front end is as true as possible.

Try disconnecting front drive shaft. See if vibe is still prescent. newtjr

Also check the steering coupler (rag joint) on the steering shaft. also if you will give me vin # and will check for other issues.
