Default Timing belt noise, normal?? with video

Hello, My car is a 2002 dodge neon ES with 161k. I had a weird noise coming from the mechanical tensioner, so I decided to replace it. Also replaced water pump and the timing belt. The belt and tensioner are the Gates brand. The water pump is a TRUE Flow. lifetime warranty. Timing is right on and the tensioner is in the window ans everything is torqued down. Does this engine sound "normal" to you guys? Or do timing belts have "break in" time/noise??.... I donno. Tell me what you think and thank you.

Gates belt and tensioner is in the window. I think it's the timing cover rubing the tensioner
