Howdy,

I've done a few searches, read some of the discussion on nerf bars and steps for our trucks. I've been the single long tubes, the typical "nerf" bar, on numerous trucks - but I'm not a huge fan of it.

I've also read the suggestion of having an exhaust shop put something together, but in the great thriving metropolis of Fredericton (hint: it isn't), I may be lacking on true options.

I really enjoy the look of these bars: http://www.smittybilt.com/product/index/3.htm the bar with the double steps coming off of it. I have yet to find a company that produces them for a 2nd gen Dodge (Checked out Smittybilt, Go Rhino!, N-Fab...) Has anyone seen a company that produces such a step for our trucks? Or something similar? I'm not digging the single steps that protrude out (bully dog and Carr make them I think), I'd prefer something similar to the picture in the link.

Suggestions? I might be able to find a shop to fab something up, but it's doubtful.

You said you checked N Fab, but I looked on their site and they have them unless this is not what you're looking for.

Well, luckily I am not a sorry sport when so easily shown up! I am most certain I was on a website looking at the n-fab ones, perhaps I was on an intermediary. My bad in the end!

BBartow, thank you VERY much for pointing me in the correct direction and I guess in the end this will serve as a quick arrow pointing to such steps when someone does a search like I did (ie, a not effective one!)

if you decide to go back to the traditional tube, check out Nasta - polished stainless. I have a set that's now about 6-7 years old and they still look like brand new.
