Use the right tool for the job.

For example: One does not play Pick up Sticks with his butt cheeks.

Got about a foot of heavy wet snow. Lots of power outages. Lost power at 10 last night, and its still out. Hoping to get it back tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

so, as i posted, we got some snow wednesday... well, my wife has a second job, cleaning a house, so i went to pick her up, and as we were driving home, the roads had gotten terrible..

as i was driving, the cars in front of me started hitting there brakes. i knew there was an accident, but i didnt know how bad.

turns out it was a buddy of mine... some lady brake checked the car in front of him, which caused him to hit his brakes, and he lost control, hit the ditch, and rolled his truck.

his truck is an '02 ford f350 7.3 powerstroke. he just had the motor built by maine turbo diesels, to the tune of about 15k. it also has 8" of lift, on 37" nittos. the lift is what screwed him, and he knew it!

he was the only one in the truck, and there were no injuries!

the lady that essentially caused him to roll his truck just kept driving...

the truck needs a bedside, doors, fenders, floor pans, and rockers.

I can't feel sorry for anyone with "Roll Coal" whose truck is all FUBAR. If he got brake checked and rolled into a ditch then it sounds like he was being a douche.

I think I would either remove the lift kit or think real hard about lowering it at least some.

Or selling it our right and get a sensible car like maybe a '74 Pinto, those cars were real safe right?
