My tranny started tugging, then the P0740 code came up, cleared it, it came back. Then it stopped shifting out of 3rd without reving it up a lot. Replaced the speed sensor on the tranny, it fixed the problem for a week, now it wont shift out of first. Now what?
The hypothesis is that the TCC solenoid causes that code. I Ended up rebuilding my tranny so I can't say what exactly fixed it.
