i'm confused. why would you add a lift and leave on 31 inch tires. a lift is usually added to accomodate 33, 35, 37 inch tires.

Not being mean but maybe he wants the cencal look? In all honesty and IMO some trucks can pull off the small tire look. Usually the trucks with the tires that stick out past the fender.





But in all seriousness, I even remembering my 33's and a 3inch lift had a slight gap.

As long as you dont have 265's on an 12 inch lift you'll be fine:
