1999 ram windows down but not up

Default 1999 ram windows down but not up
recently purchased a very used truck. Both door windows go down fine but to go up, you have to push on glass with your hand to assist and they are extremely slow( dragging) whats up with that?

Either poor connections somewhere, or, window motors getting tired.
