Default Bad Rear Hub Assembly? (2007 Caliber)

Hi all,

I jacked up the rear end of my wife's car to replace the drums and shoes on her '07 caliber and noticed that I could wiggle the wheel on the rear passenger side of the car... but the lug nuts was completely and utterly locked down. I asked her if anything sounded weird and she said that when she turns she can hear a grinding noise from the back of the car when she turns... Does this indicate a bad wheel hub??

Thanks for your help

MT

Probably so, if the noise changes with vehicle speed.
