What is the socket NUMBER of the fuse that's blowing? Look on the TIPM box lid.

15, it's a 40 amp green fuse

If it's just fuse 15 blowing, I would say you need a new cooling fan assembly. I can't post the wiring diagram for you because the forum doesn't support the 99000 characters in the pic.

That's what I keep saying. Lol. Replace the fan assembly.
