Default Is this a bad sign?

At 111K miles, I could have sworn there was no yellow build-up under the cap over the van's oil changes, but then I see what's in the picture and wonder if this is the beginning of something bad, or normal. If I seem a little on edge, it's because I am. I'm about to take my van to the dealer and when I hear back with their report, I need to know if this van is worth dumping more money into, or if I should just bite the bullet and get a newer vehicle even though I'm in CC debt.

looks normal to me. you will have a small bit forming due to cold climates/air and hot engines. bet you don't see it in the summer.

It's the first time i've looked at it since the weather turned cold. Hopefully, I'll see it disappear as the weather turns warmer.
