Default 2008 caravan rattling /creak noise b pillar area

anyone know how to fix the rattling noise/ creak that is somewhere by the b pill driver side of the 2008 grand caravan sxt> It makes the noise when hitting bumps , accelerating and hitting the break. Is driving me nuts! Can not figure out what it it is or if it is coming from the driver door , sliding door or in the pillar.

Here is a TSB, It may not apply. But this all i found. If you are still under your 3/36 warranty, i would take it in and have a tech go on a road test with you. This bulletin is supplied as technical information only and is not an authorization for repair.
SUBJECT:
Front Door Rattle or Door Glass May Not Fully Roll Down
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin describes information about the removal of a Foam Block (internal to the front
doors) that may come loose and block window travel or cause a rattle sound in the door.
MODELS:
2008 (RT) Caravan/Town & Country (Includes
International Markets)
NOTE: This information applies to models built prior to May 9, 2008 (MDH0509XX).
DISCUSSION:
Some vehicles may exhibit a condition where the front door glass will not fully roll down or
a rattle sound may be heard in the door. When the door module is removed, the technician
may find a triangular foam block loose in the door blocking window travel or the block may
be found in the bottom of the door causing a rattle (Fig. 1).
If a loose foam block is found causing this condition, it should be removed and discarded.
Do not reinstall the foam block.
NOTE: Whenever door service is performed on vehicles built prior to May 9, 2008
(MDH0509XX) that includes door module removal, the block should be
removed.
