Question Help Grand caravan 3.8 help help

My van starts fine in the morning but when I park it and let it sit for more then
An hour it won't start right up I have to crank it to get it running .
It doesn't stall and drives fine the check engine light is off and if I start it up like 10 mins after turning it off it will start up fine
Any help will be greatly appreciated

I would hook up scanner and check the crank and cam sync when this problem happens. And hook up a fuel pressure gauge, you should have 48 psi give or take 2 psi.

Maybe a fuel injector leaking after it warms up. As master tech stated cheek the fuel pressure after it's warm and has been sitting. In the mean time cycle the key from off to on/run (not start) a few times before attempting to start. This will prime the pressure back up if it has leaked down. The fuel pump turns on for a second when you turn the ignition to on/run.
