Sticky Ignition
Hi all,
So this morning I took my van for a remote start installation to a guy... my ignition was totally fine.. key was turning smooth.
but when I picked it up... I noticed it requires a bit of force to turn it... I did also notice that theremail can be a hole in where the key fob goes in... where as there wasn't one before... the ignition flaps kind of covered the hole before.
van starts fine but turning ignition on/off has become very sticky and needs a bit of force.
my guess is that he inserted the dashboard metal key and tried forcing and broke something. He won't admit of course.
any quick fixes or ideas?
