I have successfully tried resetting the computer by turning the key on and off 3 times which did nothing but give me an emissions error code. I tried removing the battery cables (no LUCK there) And I did find a blown fuse for the locks but when I tried to replace the fuse it just caused my front washer fluid to spray out until i removed the new fuse (weird huh). any help would be fantastic

You say your having problems with the FOB unlocking the doors in your first post, then you say your not having any issue with the FOB's. You replaced a blown fuse for the door locks but then removed it because it caused the windshield washer to spray. Sounds to me like there are malfunctions related to this recall.

I would suggest going ahead and having the recall work performed and go from there.

Washers are controlled by TIPM and in the past
many electrical problems result from connection
degrades at the unit itself.
Did they check those?

It looks like there is a TSB that could potentially relate to what you're experiencing. I recommend referencing the below TSB to your dealership.

TSB 23-004-09

SUBJECT:
Doors Do Not Lock Or Unlock Properly When Using Power Door Lock System Or Remote Keyless Entry

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves modifying the door trim panel to assure the lock **** will not interfere with it.

MODELS:
2009 (JC) Journey
NOTE: This Bulletin applies to vehicles built before August 6, 2008 (MDH 0806XX).

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some customers may experience difficulty locking or unlocking the doors when using the power door lock system or remote keyless entry transmitter. Mechanical interference between the lock **** & door trim panel may be preventing the keyless entry system form operating properly.

Thanks Jack but all the recalls have been done and the door locks have no problem manually.
Anyone know if the T.I.P.M.(Totally Integrated Power Module) can be reset or flashed without making a $$$$ trip to the dealership
