Unhappy Electrical Issues ???

2009 Journey power door locks will not work using the key fob or buttons on the doors , making it impossible to open rear hatch and quite difficult to manually unlock the rear doors by jumping through the front seats. The key fob still arms and disarms the factory alarm system and remote starts the vehicle.
I have successfully tried resetting the computer by turning the key on and off 3 times which did nothing but give me an emissions error code. I tried removing the battery cables (no LUCK there) And I did find a blown fuse for the locks but when I tried to replace the fuse it just caused my front washer fluid to spray out until i removed the new fuse (weird huh). any help would be fantastic

Have you had the door wiring recall done?

I'd check to see. That caused all kinds of problems with power locks and Windows. Call your dealer with your VIN. They can check.

Any updates on this, bigbri62? You can also check for any open recalls on your vehicle online at http://recalls.mopar.com/.

Default Electrical Issues ???

I checked V.I.N. on FCA website... only 1 outstanding recall (R03 / NHTSA 14V-373) that deals with replacing the WIN and FOBIK's which I haven't had any malfunctions or issues with at all. Still hopeful for answers soon.

Don't you want heat in the winter and AC in the summer?

YES....but it blows cold air on passenger side when heat is on and hot on passenger side when A/C is on. Sorry for not making that clear

Blend door is stuck most likely.
Sometimes changing heat settings from hot to cold
once up to heat several times will get blend doors
working again.
