It looks like we are getting a good selection of trucks now. That cam thread needs to be moved over here as it is going to make good reference material at some point. After all this club make a lot more sense than a club based on specific color of truck.
Glad we got it started. Well done AF_Hemi and thanks.

I agree on moving the cam thread. This is something I may be looking into in the near future. Now I guess I get to go take some pics of my truck to put up on here ! Sweet !!

I'm scheduled to install the new TC Monday and it has been suggested I upgrade my trans cooler and add a temp gage. I would like to use a OEM upgrade cooler if possible. What would be a direct bolt up cooler? Maybe a 2500, 3500?? Anyone with experience with this? I'm thinking of pillar mounting my gages. Any suggestion on a source for a two gage pillar? I figure I would post here to see if we can get some action started.

The cooler than 2 of the guys use is a direct bolt on. its 21 rows. For the pillar, I just bought a dual pod a-pillar. There was a store on ebay sellin em for $70, but it just got here and its like a shiny cheap plastic. Doesnt look near as good as the material for the srt pillar. Check with moesperformance.com (as usual). They're only $4 more than the ebay one and maybe it'll be better quality

I seem to be buying about everything from Moe's. I'll check the site to see what they got. Dirty John's thread indicated he was using a 26 row HD cooler. his truck is a 2500, so I thought maybe he has something from a 3500. I'm on travel today and will check the dealership tomorrow. Thanks,

If the larger cooler still leads back around to the same location as the 1500 beside the rad (metal tube lines) and uses quick disconnect then your 1500 lines could be clipped onto it right there, just a theory, I have a 2500 at work will have a look and see the differences. Ha, Ha, Moes, I got over $3K in my wish basket, I figure the deeper PML trans pan with the sensor hole option, a trans temp guage and the 2 pillar post (have a coolant temp guage already) will be needed to do my torque converter job but never really gave the cooler a real thought but from what you guys are saying on DF threads I may as well do it all from the get go.

Welcome to new members. Now we got 2 Patriot Blue 03's with matching Toppers, but I think mine has more scratches and dings!
