OK, Got an 03-04 Question. Here goes. The back doors on an 02 have a curved moulding at the bottoum where the window goes up and down, kinda like a rounded corner, with a funny short rubber piece attached (this I have confirmed).
I think the 04 model has a square 90 degree corner on the bottum with no funny short rubber piece just 2 moldings that squarely meet. Well here's my predicament. i have one of each on my truck and never noticed for about a month after I got my truck, so I believe I have either an 02 door and an 03 door, or an 03 door and an 04 door.
Question what was used in 03? Square or rounded?
When I get my truck painted one day I will replace one of the doors so both match. i prefer the newer version (04 I think) so I will replace it to match that. Does anyone follow what I mean. SEE PICS BELOW

OK Thanks .Guys so I want another square one 03 but 04 and 05 would work too as in Patriot Blue would give me more chances of finding one. Question is what do I do with the 02 door...store it or remove/keep the glass/door handle and junk the rest.

NEW 03 TOPIC: MAP SENSOR / Dealer Part install.
Long-winded post but will explain issues relating to Map sensor chg for 03 specific.
So I ordered my Map sensor and the parts Guy said the number I gave him was replaced with a newer one so he ordered what was listed. So today I went to install it and the new part was slightly longer widthwise both at the top elect plug side and the tail side. The innerds that twist fit into intake and plug slide looked closely same.
So hears the problem with the new Part. Being bigger it will not clear two separate plastic tabs that stick up from the intake that the older part would clear when twisting the sensor into place (6 o'clock position start and twist to approx 11 o'clock).
So before I go cutting off tabs like Wilde-e-coyote I need to confirm, maybe I do got the wrong part. So I call back the Parts Manager Gary and he says, oh ya I forgot to tell you when I said there is a replacement part number there is also a special Info Instruction that goes with that. A TSB I said, No Dan just an instruction. So he read it to me and what it said made sense. The instruction stated basically that the large Tab (9 o'clock) on the intake is to be trimmed off enough for the sensor (elect plug end) to rotate clear and the small tab (6 o'clock) near entry hole is to be trimmed as well flush with the mounting hole/deck to allow the rear part of the sensor to clear as well while going into position.
I asked him to print off the instruction for future reference, and will p/up later. My plan is to use my dremel with a small cut-off wheel to do the mod trim so I can install the new sensor (Appears to be no dangers of cutting through intake).
I also made a Hot Wire today as per this forum instructions and will install that at same time and designed it so it is removable back to stock if required.
