Hello everyone, been lurking for awhile but now and may have intro'd awhile back, but since I finally found the perfect Dodge truck (for my needs) I wanted to intro and lean on the wisdom from members on this site for things that can't be answered with the search field.


My mistress is a gorgeous blue 2003 Ram 1500 Quad cab, 2x4, 4.7L with 43,000 miles... yeah you read that right. Nice older (68) gentleman used it to haul his small camper twice a year and purchased every option you can imagine on this truck. Upgraded interior, stereo, 20" tires, painted hard cover for bed, upgraded suspension and so much more.


A folder with every receipt indicates he invested almost $36k and is the original owner. Here is the kicker, because of the check engine light going on and off (Evap code) and his desire for a small Toyota truck he "just wants it out of garage" and will sold it to me for $9,750.


He's got a nice place and a Cadillac ATS that is to die for so I don't think he is hurting for money.
