Default light wiring problem(driving me crazy!)

put new bed on 2007 ram 3500. installed all LED lights in bed. now having a DINGING PROBLEM! when i hit the breaks or turn on the blinkers. what can i do?

Put good LED bulbs in it with resistors. The truck doesn't see the resistance and thinks the bulbs are out. Hopefully you have figured this out by now since it is in the wrong forum!!
