Challenger Hellcat Screams ‘Hell Yeah’ Across America

Hellcat across america (5)

What is a guy to do when he picks up his brand new Challenger Hellcat? Well, if you are Reddit user c4ptaincrippl3, you have hand controls installed, and then you take it on a 5,000 mile road trip to Oakland, California with your girlfriend. It took 15 days, and what was surely several tanks of gas, but this Mopar fan blasted across our great country in his 707-horsepower slab of Sublime Green awesome.

From Pennsylvania to the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina, across the Great Smokey Mountains and down to New Orleans via Atlanta. Then came the march back north through Texas and up to the top of Pikes Peak. And that isn’t even the halfway point. From the top of the mountain, the trip meandered across the mountain roads of Colorado, into Utah, down south again to see the Grand Canyon, and over to see Red Rock. Then they made it to Vegas, drove through Death Valley, and eventually ended up just across the bay from San Francisco.

This is one of those once in a lifetime trips, and it is great that we sort of get to follow along in the photos below. Seeing that bright green streak across so much of America really is great.

Too bad we never got any photos of the girlfriend, though.
