Proof that the Ram 1500 is the truck that’ll turn heads — it was named among Edmunds.com’s 2011 Consumers’ Top Rated Vehicles List, determined by vehicles that received the highest average ratings from site visitors as of May 31, 2011. (All 2011 vehicle models that received the required minimum number of consumer ratings were eligible.)

In naming the Ram 1500 to its list in the Large Light-Duty Truck
category, Edmunds.com’s editors praised the pickup’s appealing
combination of capability and style.

According to Edmonds.com,
the Ram 1500 is “sort of like the guy who regular Joes love to hate —
it’s got the looks, the muscles and the talent. Specifically, the Ram
1500 is undeniably handsome and has everything you need in a tough work
truck while also providing its passengers with a welcoming cabin.”

In
the writeup, Edmunds.com pulled reviews from owners as well, including
this one:”I like the interior features and amenities. The ride is very
nice. It has plenty of storage. So far, I’ve been pleased with the fuel
economy, being a full-size pickup.”
