Dodge Charger Hellcat and Challenger Hellcat

Seventh annual gathering put on by Nitto Tire had something for everyone, and especially for Mopar fans.

Back in 2013, Nitto Tire decided to celebrate the passion their customers have for their rides by throwing a day-long festival featuring everything an auto enthusiast could ever want: car shows, ride-alongs, drift demos, giveaways, and so much more. And the best part of it all was that it would be free to all.

Today, Auto Enthusiast Day celebrates another year in the books, pulling in thousands upon thousands of car fans to Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California on June 15. We were there, as well, mainly to check out all of the baddest Mopars we could happen upon. Here’s what we found.

Our first stop was at the Center Line Wheels booth, where a pair of yellow Hellcats were parked. Both cars were wearing sets of the company’s latest collection, a collaboration with NHRA Top Fuel competitor Leah Pritchett designed specifically for the current Charger and Challenger models.

We couldn’t get enough of these matching Hellcats, especially with cool touches like the chrome hood inserts, custom chrome air intakes, and carbon fiber stripes. We could only imagine driving these monsters around, enjoying all of their awesomeness.

Our next stop was among this trio of Ram turbo diesels hanging around their respective booths. The Synergy Ram dually is a great promotional truck to haul around their assortment of Jeep products and builds, while the white Ram 2500 is ready to hit the rocky roads upon its set of all-black Gear Wheel shod in Toyo M/Ts. Finally, the Spyder looks sinister in black and red, especially with the grill covered in bedliner for enhanced durability while also helping to make the custom headlights pop.

Our last stop was at the aFe Power booth, where this white Challenger Hellcat by Driven Designs was chilling. The main standout feature of this car is the extensive aero applied. The front splitter is just the start, but trick flat side skirts and massive rear diffuser make this kitty not only look aggressive, but keep it together with the ground no matter where it goes. What a wonderful Auto Enthusiast Day.
