s! 96 ES 5-speedI4 150,000milesI think I got really bad valve float. 1st gear will go all the way to 7 just fine is the rest of the gears. 2nd will go over 2 around 5 maybe 5.5gs then slows down and almost stalls @6800rpms. 4th and 5th I haven't redlined yet they 4th doesn't give me enough pull and 5th is waaaaaaaaaaaaay to slow! But she alreadys drags when i punched the pedal to rev her thats just intake and exhaust tho.Also I check the power bands on my car it said max torque@4800rpms and 140hp@6000rpms.
