Pappi you had your I4 doing 132?? I had my v6 up to 125 just a few nights ago i was fooling around with my bro in his LOL 01 taruas his cuts out at 105 i had him from stop to go and from roll to 125 we were being stupid it was on the highway with like no cars around at all but it was stupid i know. i had more to go but like i said when i seen i was doing 125 i was like woooooooo lol. oh an for a hint to others that want to go FAST Please get the upgraded brakes i just put the upgraded setup from the 95 GSX on mine with drilled and sloted rotors and WOW what a huge diffrence it made i slowed to nothing in like secs instead of mins with the stockers. and no more brake fade. but yeah i hit 125 kinda quick to really less than a full min from time i smashed it at 40mph

Ps al i have done is a CIA and upgraded brakes, 3.0 swap about to start need a few more parts thats why i dont have anything else done to this motor it has 190,000 miles on her now and it still runs pretty good for the mileage im kinda shocked really.

 

Same here it was around 3 in the morning. I got back from a party hopped on the highway and was blown away buy a 3rd Gen Eclispe and Pontiac Grand am. Figure I make good time by following them. What was originally an hour and 15 min dirve turn into a 35min drive. I was a 4-line beautifully paved butt naked highway I think I only saw only 4 cars the whole way home. I backed off because 1.I was wasting gas (I knew she wouldn't go any faster unless go over a hill) 2. I got that ol' "this is gettin dumb" feelin. 3. We blew off a cop it was only a matter of time before we hit a road block. (he just turn on his lights when we flew past him) 4. the eclispe was getting bored and starting changing lanes randomly. (matter of time before i hit him) 5. some how blacked out and had a dreamed i crashed into him.

 

i guess its real cool to be speeding on the highway and blacking out [sm=headbang.gif]
