Well I'm pretty sure the newbie with the 2.5 doesn't have an AWD conversion

Im still Thinkin. I know there is a way to go from a Hoat air intake to a Cold air intake just by spperating the pipe. I don't own yet but looking at my stock. I can cut it and get a cuplink and just attach a filter to it with a hose clamp and when I want to switch back I just remove the filter attach the pipe and add the filter at then end. But its only in theory. Its possoible right?

Both isenan and aem have tubes that can be seperated for short ram use then true coldair by just bolting on the extension ... but it sucks if you are on the road and a storm comes up to switch them out ... you can also buy a bypass valve that is supposed to prevent sucking water up , but I've seen several that still locked up the motor
