Default broken fender bolts....

So the guy i bought my venge from clipped a dear before i bought it off him.The damage wasnt too bad, mostly the driver side fender and the hood.I figured on getting some Z3 fenders and a new hood to replace the damaged ones.
I started taking the 10mm bolts out of the bottom of the driverside fender....by the door.Theres three of them. The first one two cranks and snap.So im like alright that sucks, atleast i have two more. The one closest to the tire came right out, the other one next to the one that broke, half a twist and snap again. So now its too late to put the tools down i mine aswell keep going.
Before everything was all said and done i broke a couple more.Proly should have sprayed them down with some WD 40, but hind sight is always 20/20.Anyways how the heck do i get the rest of the bolts out and replace them?
I was thinking of just drilling the holes out and using some bigger bolts for the job.Or possibly getting them welded shut and making new holes.Any suggestions would be great.

Get a GOOD set of Easy outs by Irwin ... Then center punch the bolts drill out to the size on the easy out then remove them ... Use plenty of penatrating oil and a good drill bit to bore out the broken bolt

My Avenger was hit by a deer before I bought it for $700 also. I was looking for the bolts to see how hard it would be to take my fenders off and I noticed some were missing allready on mine. Where did you get the fenders/hood and how much did it run you if you don't mind my asking? What's wierd for me is that my hood is a different color than the rest of the car, but it seems to have damage from the deer as well. It also has hood pins. What are those used for?

Dont waste your time spraying WD-40 it is not a penetrating oil. Use some PB Blaster...it is probably some of the best off the shelf penetrating oils and actually it is even better then most of the expensive shop grade pen. oils. Spray it on let is sit for a few and you should be all set. If you have something that looks really rusted spray it the day before and then agian a few minutes before you are going to try to take it off. Its not a miracle worker but i sure saves you from breaking bolts and your knuckles most of the time.
