Default Panic alarm will not shut off...

Got my car broken into today. They busted the drivers side window to gain entry. Now whenever i open door, panic alarm goes off for about 3-4 minutes. What can I do?

Shut it off by putting in your key in the driver's side lock. Sorry your car got broken into bud.
Your alarm should have been doing that in the first place though. The breaking of the window should not have caused the alarm to all of a suddenly start going off. I think it's coincidence or the asses that broke into your car did something else besides take your hard earned stuff.

Thanks Silver, that worked.

I seriously would vote for the death penalty for auto and home burglars.

I'd post this in the neon section , since I'm not familiar with the wiring. I'd assume that you either have a relay stuck on or a broken/bad door switch (activated by the key) causing this or a defective dome light switch causing the alarm to think it's being broken into , Or a bad key fob (have you removed the batteries ? )

Default Finally - no more setting off the Panic Button!!

After repeatedly setting off the panic alarm on our 2012 Dodge Challenger - we were at our wits end- neighbors weren't too happy at 4 am either. Here is how to disable:
gently separate the key fob case
gently remove circuit board
fold over rubber under panic button
on the rubber under the 'Panic Button' is a little round disc 'contact' - remove this it contains the contact points - we tried putting paper in between to no avail. Finally!!!

My car alarm is continually going off evrytime I open the door. I have tried putting my key in the driver side door, getting in the car and locking both doors from the inside, turning the car on, and even diving the car and the alarm continues to go off. I need some help!!! Can someone tell me how to fix this issue or even how to disarm the alarm as a whole?
