i really like your trunk set up with the box id like to do a similar set up the difference is i have two 12 " audiobahn subs will that make a difference and how did u do it pretty much just the wall part i guess you can say and is there still alot of room in your trunk to put things if i need to because i go to and from college on the weekends and i was woundeing if a cloths bag would fit in there or sumthin thanx it seems pretty roomy still so

Yes I can hold a LARGE rubbermaid tote in the trunk still ....
To make the wall I cantered the sub , mounted the box down then made a cardboard template , Remember to notch the slits for the trunk lid arms (refer to mine) then cut that out of 1/4" luan then leather wrapped it ... I have like 4 screws(covered with caps) holding it on ...

ok kool i think this summer ima work on it by any chance if you know off the top of you head the size of the strips for the trunk hinges thanx it looks like a simple thing to do but looks nice and clean now i dont know if its worth it but while im on the subject sort of how hard is it to take the whole dash out i was thinking of taking it out and painting it black but its its not worth the work thanx

my slots are 1 1/2" wide by 8 " down ....

wow thats alot of work im probably not sure im expirenced enough to do all that yet i am going to school for automotive so i might learn that along the way im afraid i'll take all thoses bolts out and put everything back and end up with extra meaning i forgot some and taking out the steering wheel i dont have a puller and it seems like alot maby ill wait till i get more expeirence i would love a black dash but i have to work and if something goes wrong n i cant use my car which something always does thanx but i bookmarked that page when im ready thanx the trunk thing seems a little easier and its something where if i dont get it done right away its not a big deal now it u said u used a 1/4" luan and leather wrapped it what is luan thanx

luan is 1/4" plywood with smoth finish on one side / about $8 a sheet

ok i will be getting ready for this trunk set up probaly tomarrow how did u bolt the box down i wanna go inside the box and bolt it down but i think the gas tank is right underneath not really sure

I've used Angle iron brackets towards the front of the box and one to the rear ...
the gas tank is UNDER the rear seat but check BEFORE drilling ...
Same thing for the trunk floor it's in to pieces ...
