Default Which is the best bet for my 98?

Hi whats up my name is Jordan and im new here. Hello, I have a 98' Dodge Avenger ES auto with the 2.5L V6 6G73 as you all know that motor dosent bring anything to the table but it 120k miles i figured it would be best to Rebuild the motor, But its still a 163hp snail. So my question to most Venger owners is what would you recommend i do!?

I was thinking Either.

Do a 4G63T-AWD conversion.

Rebuild the Engine and Tranny

Or get a 3.0L 6G72 from a Sebring/3G eclipse.

Tell me what you think and help me decide what i should do.

yea i would get the 6g72 out of the eclipse they have the DOHC V6 if thats right, i would need a new transmission to. How much do shops normally charge for an engine and tranny swap? and then how much would it be extra if i had them put bigger pistons, bigger throtle stuff like that?
